The Farming Compatibility Profile Program is not a test! It is to help you, us and your agent to determine who you are.
The intention is:
- for you to determine if you really want to work on a farm.
- if you do want to work on a farm. what your current experience is.
- and then provide you with information to determine the road forward for yourself.
The compatibility profile consists of 4 modules:
- Behaviour – your profile
- Your thinking characteristics
- Farming skills and knowledge
- Skills and experience
- Comfort Zone – how comfortable you are with change
